Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Salsabeel Perfumes. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging and labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Used or opened perfumes or cosmetics.

  • Items purchased at a discounted price or during special promotions (unless otherwise stated).

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or scent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@salsabeel.ae to request a return or exchange authorization.

Package Your Item: Ensure that the item is securely packed with the original packaging and any included accessories or documentation.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Return Address: Our customer service team will provide the return address upon receiving your request.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@salsabeel.ae with your order details and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or process a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Final Sale
Please note that some products, including those purchased as final sale or during clearance events, are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked on our website.
